Deepika Padukone: You can’t take India out of me
Deepika Padukone might be gearing for her Hollywood debut with the Vin Diesel-starrer 'xXx: The Return of the Xander Cage', but the actress has clarified that her heart remains in India. On returning to India after wrapping up the film's shoot in Toronto, Deepika said that India is where her roots are and it will always remain her home. "India is home, and that's never going to change. My roots are here, and at the end of the day, it's about your roots. You can't take India out of me. People go for holidays, but eventually, come back home. So, no matter where I go in the world, this [India] is home, and that will never change," she said.
