3 Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt to star in Aashiqui 3
One of the better looking pairs in Bollywood, and rumoured to be dating, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra have already starred in two films together. And while there were rumours of a third film in the offing, Sidharth Malhotra confirmed the fact. In an interview with a newspaper, he said, "Yes, Alia and I are doing 'Aashiqui 3'. It's a great space and I hope people like us." Their chemistry on-screen as well as off-screen has always made news and filmmakers now hope they can cash in on the popularity of the young pair.
Interestingly, the film was supposed to star Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor. However, since both the actors didn't want to do that project, the producers cast Alia and Sidharth. Also, Sidharth may even sing in the film. He said he also may learn a musical instrument. "The plan is to train and sing, so let's see." He said. However, Sidharth will first complete two films, including one alongside Jacqueline and the other titled 'Ittefaq' before starting 'Aashiqui 3'.
