‘Sarbjit’ makers eyeing the Oscar?
The Randeep Hooda - Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer 'Sarbjit' did fairly well at the box office and the film's co-producer Vashu Bhagnani has complete faith in it. Reports claim that he has decided to send the film as one of the contenders from India for the Oscars.
In the report, Bhagnani has been quoted as saying that they will send the film as an entry independently or in a race with other films. He further said that the makers will channelize their energy to make sure 'Sarbjit' is in the race to become India's entry to the Oscars this year. The producer also revealed that they will send the film as an entry for National Awards too.
